Ozzy + Sharon ran over Yungblud with a car in new music video

Opera song

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne both made appearances in the music video for alt-rock sensation Yungblud’s “The Funeral.” At the end, we learn why a funeral is even taking place in the first place — because the couple hit the musician with a car.

The video opens with Yungblud lying face up in a wooden coffin as the camera zooms and pans over the face of the Prince of Darkness, but something isn’t right. “Wait,” Ozzy said, huddled on the eternally resting rocker before asking, “Is this a fucking funeral?” Where the hell is everyone? »

The song then kicks off with strong Billy Idol vibes and Yungblud’s familiar and infectious energy is on display both vocally and in regards to his performance in the video, which is embedded in footage from the stage alongside clips. of Yungblud driving a jet black car through the streets.

We only see Ozzy at the very end, sitting in the front passenger seat of a car driven by his wife and manager, Sharon. Yungblud steps out into the street, oblivious to the speed of the car hurtling towards him. With a thud, the car hits the rocker and, unaware that the vehicle had just hit a pedestrian, Ozzy asks, “What was that?”

“Just a fucking poser,” Sharon replies, to which Ozzy shrugs, “Ah, smash him again then.”

Yungblud, “The Burial” Lyrics

I can’t leave my bed but I can’t sleep
I don’t have clean clothes and I can’t eat
And I smoke too much until I can’t breathe
I’m emotional, I always will be
And I hate myself, but it’s okay
And I love myself and that’s fine
And I tell myself that everything is fine
That I dream of the day of my death

To my surprise, there’s no one to blame
Nobody came, what a shame, shame, shame

I danced at my funeral
waiting for you to arrive
I was hoping you would be beautiful
Dancing with tears in your eyes
But no one came, what a shame, shame, shame

My hair fell out because I dyed it cheap
I want a real fake smile, but I hate my teeth
I want to tell you that I love you, but I can’t speak
I got a fucked up soul and an STD
And you hate yourself? Well it’s okay
Do you love yourself? Well it’s okay
Do you tell yourself that everything is fine
Dreaming of the day you died?

To my surprise, there’s no one to blame
Nobody came, what a shame, shame, shame

I danced at my funeral
waiting for you to arrive
I was hoping you would be beautiful
Dancing with tears in your eyes
But no one came, what a shame, shame, shame

Oh-oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh
Oh-oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh
Oh-oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh

I want to choose my love before I leave
I wanna make you come and scratch my neck
I want you to bite my tongue until I bleed
And you can put these fuckin’ words on a picture with me
We all hate each other, well that’s okay
We all left each other, well it’s okay
We all say that everything is fine
Dreaming of the day we die

I danced at my funeral
waiting for you to arrive
I was hoping you would be beautiful
Dancing with tears in your eyes
But no one came, what a shame, shame, shame
Nobody came, what a shame, shame, shame, shame, shame
